Select Your Rate Carefully

Please select the pricing category that accurately reflects your eligibility. Discounted rates are subject to review by authorized U.N.I.A. Republic personnel after your complete Tribal ID Application is received.

All Tribal ID service payments are final and non-refundable.

If you select a discounted rate and are later determined not to qualify for that rate, the amount already paid may be applied toward the correct Tribal ID rate. Any remaining balance must be paid before processing can continue.

Shipping: U.S. postage is calculated live at checkout using Shippo/USPS for a standard letter-size (#10) envelope. Your mailing address is collected before payment. The checkout total will show your selected rate plus the exact shipping cost.

A — Established Tribe Rate

B — Tribal Dossier Holder

For applicants who have previously completed a Tribal Dossier through U.N.I.A. Republic.

C — UNIA Premium Member Rate

For active Premium Members of the UNIA Community.

D — Standard Tribal ID Rate

For applicants who do not qualify for one of the discounted rates.

After payment, you will be directed to the official U.N.I.A. Republic Tribal ID Intake Form, where your applicant information, identification, photograph, signature and supporting documentation are collected. All payments are made to U.N.I.A. Republic.

Review & Issuance

All applications and rate eligibility are reviewed manually by authorized U.N.I.A. Republic personnel. Payment does not constitute approval, eligibility verification, or issuance of a Tribal Identification Card.

Submit a Replacement Photograph or Additional Information

If your photograph was declined, or if the Tribal Identification Office has requested supplemental information, please submit the corrected materials below. Accepted file formats are JPG, PNG, WEBP, TIFF, HEIC and PDF, up to 15 MB. For best results, provide a high-resolution, well-lit photograph taken against a plain background.

Please note: the most recent materials received through this form at the time your documents are produced will be the materials used in the creation of your Tribal Identification Card. Earlier submissions are superseded.
